Summary, etc. | Examining the internal communication dynamics at One Acre Fund in Rwanda, this research<br/>seeks to strengthen teamwork and align communication practices with corporate culture.<br/>Surveying 60 respondents, our findings highlight a positive recognition of feedback mechanisms<br/>(68.3%). However, challenges like communication overload and technology issues are apparent.<br/>Despite global concerns, 95% of respondents agree that internal communication positively<br/>influences work alignment with organizational culture.<br/><br/>Rwanda's corporate environment grapples with a significant challenge in harmonizing internal<br/>communication practices with positive corporate cultures. This study, centered on One Acre<br/>Fund, aims to explore this relationship, aiming to understand how effective internal<br/>communication practices impact corporate culture.<br/><br/>Guided by the hypothesis that effective internal communication practices foster positive<br/>corporate cultures, we employed a mixed-methods approach. A structured questionnaire gathered<br/>quantitative data, while interviews provided qualitative insights. The data underwent analysis<br/>using visual representations, descriptive statistics, as well as the analysis and interpretation of the<br/>given information.<br/><br/>Key findings unveil a detailed perception, with 43.3% expressing agreement that internal<br/>communication practices positively affect their work alignment with the organization's culture.<br/>Challenges such as communication overload and technology issues were identified. The<br/>recommended solution involves establishing an internal newsletter named "SyncSphere,"<br/>emphasizing regular updates for consistent and centralized information.<br/><br/>In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the influence of internal communication<br/>practices on organizational cultures in Rwandan organizations. Emphasizing challenges and<br/>proposing solutions aims to bridge existing gaps and enhance the effectiveness of internal<br/>communication in shaping corporate culture. |
