Examining the internal communication dynamics at One Acre Fund in Rwanda, this research
seeks to strengthen teamwork and align communication practices with corporate culture.
Surveying 60 respondents, our findings highlight a positive recognition of feedback mechanisms
(68.3%). However, challenges like communication overload and technology issues are apparent.
Despite global concerns, 95% of respondents agree that internal communication positively
influences work alignment with organizational culture.

Rwanda's corporate environment grapples with a significant challenge in harmonizing internal
communication practices with positive corporate cultures. This study, centered on One Acre
Fund, aims to explore this relationship, aiming to understand how effective internal
communication practices impact corporate culture.

Guided by the hypothesis that effective internal communication practices foster positive
corporate cultures, we employed a mixed-methods approach. A structured questionnaire gathered
quantitative data, while interviews provided qualitative insights. The data underwent analysis
using visual representations, descriptive statistics, as well as the analysis and interpretation of the
given information.

Key findings unveil a detailed perception, with 43.3% expressing agreement that internal
communication practices positively affect their work alignment with the organization's culture.
Challenges such as communication overload and technology issues were identified. The
recommended solution involves establishing an internal newsletter named "SyncSphere,"
emphasizing regular updates for consistent and centralized information.

In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the influence of internal communication
practices on organizational cultures in Rwandan organizations. Emphasizing challenges and
proposing solutions aims to bridge existing gaps and enhance the effectiveness of internal
communication in shaping corporate culture.
