The study employed a correlational study design, the study aimed to explore the relationship between patient-provider communication, healthcare service quality, and patient satisfaction. A stratified random sampling for patients and convenience sampling for healthcare providers has been employed. The total number of participants was 80 and all have signed the consent form as were desired and designed before the beginning of the survey. The study employed data collected through structured surveys, interviews for focus groups, analyzed data using statistical methods. The study reveals communication gaps at Centre Orthopédique Pédiatrique Et Rehabilitation in Rwanda, causing limited patient understanding, reduced treatment adherence, and delayed access to services. These issues strain healthcare resources, leading to suboptimal health outcomes and increased costs. The study recommends a multifaceted intervention strategy, including the integration of Health Information Technology (HIT), patient-centered collaboration (PACs), and regular assessments to improve communication, patient understanding, treatment adherence, and overall satisfaction.
