CONTRIBUTION OF ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY (A CASE OF STARFFORD COFFEE BREWARIES)
This research explores the influence of organizational culture on employee productivity, focusing on Strafford Coffee Breweries. The study addresses the challenges managers face in aligning organizational culture with structural frameworks to enhance employee performance and overall organizational success.
